Thotka Vodka LLC operates thotka.com under the THOTKA brand. This policy explains what information Thotka Vodka LLC collects through this website and how we use it. Our site is intended only for adults of legal drinking age.
What we collect
When you join our list or contact us, we collect the information you choose to give us: your email address, and optionally your ZIP code, how you're interested in THOTKA (for example as a fan, retailer or distributor), and which products you'd like to hear about. If you send an inquiry, we also collect your name, company (if you give one) and your message. Business inquiries may also include your business type and city and state. Flavor ballots include your selected or suggested flavor and age confirmation. Merchandise inquiries include the products, quantities and preferred sizes you select. Merchandise selections may be saved in your browser on your device until you change them. Our age gate remembers your answer on your own device so you aren't asked again on every visit; that choice is stored in your browser, not sent to us.

THOTKA products and this site are for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
